Research Lead - Clientside | Part-time (3-4 days/week)
Influential independent organisation active across the advertising and media industry seeks a research specialist for their comms and marketing team. This role is offered on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days/week) with flexibility as to how hours are spread over the working week.
As their research lead, you will facilitate and coordinate all of their research activities, designing and delivering a full programme in support of their remit, disseminating findings and advice to colleagues throughout the organisation. This will include gathering evidence for, and testing, policy approaches, understanding consumer behaviour and assessing levels of consumer engagement. You will also commission research to assess public awareness of the organisation itself and its effectiveness, as well as delivering against a longer-term research strategy.
With demonstrable experience commissioning and leading qualitative and quantitative research projects, you will be confident writing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and selecting roster agencies. The ability to create effective and complementary working relationships with key teams and figures throughout the organisation, as well as with external partners, will be essential. Ensuring the credibility and integrity of research output will be also paramount.
