And when it comes to delivering growth for clients this consultancy means BUSINESS. Able to cut through the noise big data makes, they strategically pinpoint what matters, illuminating how it can impact on a client’s business across sales and marketing. Working with retailers and brand owners across consumer-packaged goods, liquor, and pharma they enable them to see beyond the data and make informed decisions. Utilising a suite of clever tools and services they enable clients to track consumer behaviour whilst enabling fast and dynamic measurement of shopper response to price, promotion, range, location and media.

They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Insights Manager who is an expert in shopper insights and shopper data. This is a high-profile role in the business and will see you working across a range of Tier-1 accounts. These are clients with whom they enjoy a close partnership and they provide research and consultancy services on all aspects of product and category strategy and management e.g. new product launch, promotional performance and competitor analysis. You will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels across category, buying, sales, marketing and brand.  You will enjoy spending time on site with your clients, building rapport and helping the business answer both the big and small questions which will continue to see them as the market No.1.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years within FMCG/Shopper research – in house or agency side
  •  Strong commercial acumen 
  • First class relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Natural communicator
  • Unique ability to translate numbers to strategy

This is the ideal role for a Senior Account Manager or Client Service Manager looking to prove their metal and step up or for an existing Senior Insights Manager / Account Director looking for a meatier strategic portfolio.
