MIS Group is an exciting, up-and-coming Market Research Fieldwork (Online Panels, Viewing facilities etc.) agency with offices in the UK and France.

We’re looking for an experienced and polished Business Development Manager in order to Support the sales team in identifying and winning potential clients.

Main Duties

Design and implement a strategy that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs

Prospect for potential new clients and convert into increased business - identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Working closely with the Project Managers to ensure a smooth process for all ongoing projects

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

About you:

  • Strong sales professional ideally in the world of market research.
  • Experience selling to and building relationships with agencies and end clients.
  • Self-motivated and willing to support the team.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Strong worth ethic, reliable and trustworthy.
  • Clear communication and excellent English, spoken and written.
  • Ability to present to senior level professionals.
  • MS Office, and different media software products.
  • Excellent Timekeeping.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Team Player.
  • Languages: French is a big plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated, hardworking team, often under pressure.

Benefits:

Basic: £30 - 32k + OTE

Annual training budget to attend conferences
25 days holiday per year + Legal Bank Holidays
