Evaluation Manager - Clientside | 4 days/week
Arms length government organisation with an international reputation for influential marketing and comms campaigns as well as a wide range of successful partnership programmes and event creation both in the UK and overseas. Their Evaluation team sits within Insights evaluating the impact and effectiveness of their activities and work programmes to inform operational, management and strategic decisions for all areas of their network, including reporting to government.
Leading a team of three evaluation specialists, you will be implementing performance measurement/evaluation processes and methodologies to ensure valuable reporting with a view to enabling improvements across the piece. The team are very capable, so your ability to set up robust systems will outweigh micro-management. Stakeholder management is a major component of this role, often involving government departments. So if your expertise in quant research and analysis and/or building evaluation frameworks and delivering reporting includes exposure to the public sector, this would be an advantage. The ability to influence decision makers both in person and in writing through data and analysis is key.
