Design work in insights is about understanding people and the needs they have in their busy lives. So the best insights create the best ideas and executions. Our client, a specialist in this area, are real hands-on qual practitioners to an impressive group of blue chip brand owner clients who appreciate their expertise in the space. They look to them to keep the application of design in NPD and branding future proofed, tested, up to standard and saying the right things to the right people.
They are evolving quant into their unique specialised topic area and its going down a storm with key client buyers, so they seek a lead for this new venture in their highly successful business with offices in both London and New York.
You will need a good understanding of classic old school quant and have a firm grasp of what’s coming down the track in testing design work with consumers.
This role will be supported by an enigmatic MD who is a fine human and a good leader for people that instinctively love research and take pride in their ability to deliver great work that drives repeat business and provides game changing insight.
As a lead role we need people who will stand up and be counted for commercials and growth, but this is a company where instincts, ethics and endeavour will be the most important starting point.
