Job Details

Are you looking to grow your research experience? This multi-award winning insight and strategy agency are looking for ambitious junior researchers (1-2 years) to develop themselves and work with some of the best names in the industry, including Microsoft, GSK, Kellogg's, Dove, TRESemmé, Shell, Disney, Heineken as well as public authorities, governments and charities.

They deliver full-service consumer insights, both quantitative and qualitative. Their projects span across brand development, positioning, commercial strategy and creative development. Alongside this, your projects will have impact on larger issues impacting the environment these brands work in. Whether that's understanding the impact of government legislation through to segmenting the digital population.

This role sits within their internal research function, Insights. This team has around 35 people who work across most, if not all, of their key clients. Alongside the wider business, you will be involved in creating dynamic stories and human-centred designs for a range of industries. The business are multi-award winners for excellence. They have won awards including Global Agency of the Year, International Agency of the Year, Strategy of the Year plus more that demonstrate their excellence across consumer marketing campaigns. Their awards have come from the growth which is due large in part to the diversification of their talent and depth of their offering.

You will influence the growth of existing client relationships of blue chip companies. The role requires a doer, someone who is confident and can work independently but can also collaborate on larger multi-faceted projects. All of their researchers are mixed methodology and are experts in both quantitative and qualitative research. Alongside primary research, they also do exploratory secondary research. As a PR agency, they are big on visual storytelling and creative outputs!

You will be given the opportunity to manage your own project from end-to-end and working with direct contact with your clients to uncover problems and provide useful insight. Each ad-hoc project has bespoke meaning to the success of these brands, so you will be providing direct solutions to answer some of the most interesting questions.

Alongside your day to day role, they are looking for someone who has a wider lens on the industry. They will provide you the opportunity to become involved in a key area of cultural / commercial importance to the business (ie training, innovation, methods, digital, thought leadership, CSR).

A great company to develop yourself as a researcher and to learn from some of the best names in the business. Apply below.
