Research Associate – Great training role!

The role:

Not limited to one particular client or project type, this role will offer a rewarding variety of work to give you the broadest exposure to tools, techniques, clients and research solutions.

Skills such as: research design, project management, supplier management, data analysis, insights generation and reporting. Long term you’ll be building tip-top client engagement skills.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings
• Prepare research materials such as survey questionnaires & discussion guides
• Focus on your quantitative analytical skills and use of packages such as SPSS/Q
• Help prepare data files, chart and prepare reports
• Help manage fieldwork suppliers and oversee project management
• Respond to client requests daily
• Develop your knowledge of different types of research – brand development, product development, testing advertising, mystery shopping

. The requirements:

• Tertiary education in a relevant field highly regarded – marketing, stats, psychology, commerce
• 12 months + commercial research experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly analytical with a passion for data & consumer behaviour
• Able to think broadly about the commercial application of insights
• Highly engaged individual with an appetite for learning and a willingness to get stuck in
