This agency’s mission is to drive social and environmental change to make Australia a better place to live, work and be a citizen.

As a result of growth in the Melbourne team, a gap has arisen for a Senior Qualitative Consultant to join an internal research department of an independent PR & Communications agency. You will be the research expert, working with both internal stakeholders and external clients (govt. departments, NGO’s and charities)

This is an opportunity for an experienced quallie to add-value to society, working on an array of problems such as:

  • How do we reduce racism in Australia?
  • How can we help mental health suffers know there is free asses to help?
  • What can we do to save the Great Barrier Reef?
  • What changes to Australians want to see in the Superannuation industry?

This is a senior level role – expecting that you will take a lead on running client relationships, insight generation and delivering impactful recommendations and solutions.

Through blending qual research (focus groups, workshops, IDIs’, online communities) with quantitative research, marketing, communications and PR you will give your clients a holistic view of what they need to do to change.

We are looking to speak to candidates who have 6+ years agency (social or commercial) qualitative experience & are confident independently running projects from pitch to proposal. It’s essential that you have a genuine passion and interest in social & environmental change, are analytically minded with a hands-on and strategic approach to problem solving.
