Field Controller - Qualitative Agency

We're looking for a Field Controller that wants to join a small knit team on fantastic researchers working in the heart of London

Client

We're working with a qualitative research agency that works with big brands to offer solutions and provide actionable insight. They have been creating fantastic research and solving client's marketing problems since 1989- They are truly experts within their field! They work within a variety of industries including financial services, retail, telecoms, motor and FMCG with regular clients including Lloyds Banking Group, Müller, BT, British Airways, Unilever and Centre Parcs.

Role

We're looking for someone with fantastic organisational skills who works well under pressure and goes above and beyond to ensure the quality of work they create is brilliant. You will act as the pain point of contact for clients wishing to book meeting rooms and viewing facilities. You will be in charge of handling all logistical arrangements for fieldwork, including organising venues, hosting, filming, respondent transportation, video and audio equipment, product storage and any other necessary arrangements. Some evening work may also be required where overtime will be paid. They are keen to find someone that wants to learn all aspects of the business.

Skills

1-2 years relevent experience
Impeccable organisation skills
Fantastic written and oral communication skills
Able to develop longstanding relationships with clients
Can work effectively in a team and independently
