The role
This high-profile position will see you partnering with a team of highly qualified research and strategy consultants with backgrounds in psychology, sociology, anthropology, advertising and marketing. As a Quantitative Account Director, you will manage key client accounts and build quantitative research for the business. Handling multiple projects, you will be a key contact for your clients, managing projects from beginning to end. Some of your key responsibilities will include: taking briefs, pitching and proposal writing, managing and mentoring junior staff and delivering presentations that provide clear actions and strategies. At this level, you will be comfortable in managing multiple types of studies including concept testing, ad-testing, segmentation/U&A and tracking studies across a range different types of brands and categories.
About you
- At least 6 years’ experience in a market research agency running quantitative projects
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including sound knowledge of SPSS and/or Q
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Experience in mentoring junior members of staff
- Fun, energetic and passionate
