We're looking for a director of analytics to join a global marketing communications agency. This business is one of the biggest success stories in the industry within the last 20 years.

The client

They're a c. 20 year old business, with 750 employees globally, with 75 of those sitting in London. The business has averaged 23% YoY growth since their inception! This business truly people in the power of analytics and data, it's central to everything they do. The advanced analytics team in London use a wide range of disparate data - covering social media data, web analytics data, survey data and clients own data sets - they use main stream analytics tools and approaches as well as their own propoerit methods. Cuture wise it's a creative, positive, can do envrionetm - all of which is comes from the top, the founder who is still the current CEO.

The role:

This director of analytics role reports to the managing director and you're ultimately responsible for analytics team. They're looking for someone who wants to lead a team, someone who wants to challenge thinking, someone who wants to deliver some top quality analytics work for clients. You'll still be hands on with chunky analytics projects for a range of clients - clients will include global pharma/healthcare, consumer and technology clients.

Skills:

c. 8 as experience within analytics
Someone passionate about team and people development
Someone happy to be hands on with meaty analytics projects
Someone who enjoys being client-facing
Entrenuprial, can do attitude and mindset

Technical competencies, you'll need to be experienced with at least 5 of the below tools:


Radian6, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon, Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Webtrends, CoreMetrics, Google Adwords, Compete.com, comScore, Alexa, QuantCast, SERMO, Google Webmaster Tools, Majestic SEO, DART, Atlas, Dow Jones' Factiva, Meltwater News, Lexis Nexis, YouTube Insights, Facebook Insights, SPSS, SAS, R, STATA, NodeXL, Protovis.
