Senior Research and Panel Manager, Clientside | Global Digital Business | 6 month contract
Headquartered in the UK, our client is a highly successful digital business growing from start-up to major company with offices in UK, USA and Australia in less than 8 years. This is a key senior role setting up and managing their new function, a multi-brand consumer insight panel which will leverage the research and data from their 10m+ members for both internal insights and as a commercial proposition for their 600+ partners globally.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Insight, you will launch their new panel including set up, recruitment, best practice panel management and reporting, and research project delivery.
With a solid background in research panel management (including recruitment, management, reporting and ideally development), you will also be skilled in designing and managing large scale strategic, operational and tactical qual and quant studies including questionnaire design and writing. Comfortable delivering to internal and external stakeholders, you will be able to assess varied research needs from a commercial and insight perspective and advise on best practices.
