Are you looking for a multi-faceted role where you can work full service on your own accounts?

 

We are working with a Global client-centric agency that specialise in bespoke customer experience research. They have an impressive client list, driving research for the world's leading retail and restaurant brands, including McDonald's, Nando's, Superdry, Boots and Sainsburys. They have had 20% growth YoY and have also opened offices in Toyko and Boston.

 

This role is extremely diverse and encompasses all aspects of the service that they deliver to clients. It's an opportunity to work full-service on your own accounts, from analysing large data sets, pulling the insights and also presenting.

 

This involves being responsible for project managing a portfolio of clients, Account Managers will be the main point of contact for all their projects and will be pivotal in the success of managing these relationships, from initial set up, quantitative analysis and visualisation.

 

The reason that they have won global accounts is because of their values. When we met them, they were so accommodating and good at explaining complex concepts - you can see why they're so good at developing client relationships! They win accounts against huge competitors mostly down to the way that they work with people. They go the extra mile with their clients, identifying key drivers and building custom reporting tools. They have a partnership philosophy.


This role is a mix of analysis, story-telling, insights, project management and relationship management. It's a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys being client facing (but also likes the data analysis too!) This role involves working with large quantities of data on excel, but the most important aspect is being able to draw out the insights and create coherent results.
