Research Executive

Temporary to permanent research executive vacancy on the project management side of an extensive global customer experience programme.

Research Executive - Temp to Perm - Up to £25,000 - London

THE COMPANY
Long established global research agency with an impressive array of blue-chip clients.

THE ROLE
The role will have a strong focus on project management, internal department liaison and client management for some of the many markets covered within this customer experience programme. There will be a large amount of autonomy and ownership of specific project elements and workstreams.
More specifically you will take responsibility for:
- scheduling and coordinating regular data processing and deliverables
- ensuring key project elements are running on time, and to budget - and taking ownership (with assistance) of costing for these elements
- taking ownership of relevant client relationships, and delivering against their business needs via phone calls, e-mails and presentations.
- reviewing reports - applying market knowledge to give context, and ensure the agency is going beyond simply reporting numbers.

YOU
You will need:
- experience in a market research environment (either agency or client-side) and dealing with clients or stakeholders
- ideally experience of working on multi-country research projects and autonomously carrying out key project tasks
- ideally customer experience research knowledge and/or tracking research experience
- immediate or imminent availability
