A rare and exciting opportunity for a smart, confident and ambitious candidate to join a team of fun and passionate professionals in a buzzing Central London Office!

This agency utilises a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to deliver insightful and strategic solutions to their clients (fmcg, retail, media, leisure brands), and they are on the lookout for an Assistant to help them with the day-to-day running of the office and project operations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a range of areas including:

• Project co-ordination – travel, venue hire recruitment, fieldwork plans
• Time and budget management
• Dealing with office suppliers
• Helping with the production and distribution of marketing materials
• Database maintenance

Experience of having worked within a professional office environment is absolutely essential as are outstanding communication and organisational skills.
