Having won several new key accounts this award-winning Behavioural Economics consultancy is looking for a Quantitative strategist to join their growing Sydney team. 

The agency is an award winning, global insights consultancy that are specialists in understanding and influencing behaviour. They use the latest thinking in behavioural science, planning, strategy and qual and quant market research.

But what is Behavioural Economics?

Behavioural Economics is a framework that analyses the emotional, cultural, social, cognitive and psychological factors that influence human decision making. It allows a deep-dive into the way that people think, feel and act and nudge behavioural.

They agency are known for problem solving on an array of problems, communication development, innovation and New Product Development. Their aim is to redefine perceptions and get people to step outside their habits.

The influence behaviour whether that be, to drink more tap water, take the bus rather than drive, stop anti-social behaviour on public transport, or reduce drink driving in youths.

The role: Quantitative Behavioural Strategist


Working alongside the close-knit team you will be involved in a variety of projects (both social and commercial) on all elements of the process from;

  • Proposals and taking client briefs
  • Questionnaire design
  • Analysis – SPSS, Q and excel
  • Insight generation
  • Reporting
  • Delivering insights
  • Client management

The nature of the work is very customised and need people who can demonstrate creativity in their thinking. You will need to know how to figure the right questions to ask, and how to think outside the box when crafting strategic recommendations. Naturally you will be a strong presenter, and able to guide clients to see the bigger picture.

With a highly impressive team you will work with researchers that continue to look for new ways of solving problems. Ideally you will have 3+ years’ experience working in a planning or research agency with a genuine interest in Behavioural Economics.
