They harness the power of cutting-edge techniques to deliver finely crafted datasets and agile insight that accurately reflect the sentiments, behaviours and actions of people across the world using the the web's most active social destinations. Their teams deliver innovative and insightful mixed-methods research and analysis of social media and digital data to public and private sector clients across the globe with a particular focus on complex audiences and fragile states.
They seek a high calibre, confident individual to lead these teams, providing expertise, support and management across all areas of the research and analysis process. Critical thinking will also be a major component of this role, as you will be translating the analysis to build the bigger picture and deliver broad spectrum output to report to clients. Proficiency in Tableau (or equivalent data visualisation/BI tool) and Crimson Hexagon (or equivalent advanced social listening tool) will be needed. Clients are high profile and often in government, so an understanding of their language and communities would by highly valued.
