Due to growth, the team is looking to hire a Innovation Project Manager to join the close-knit team. This is an opportunity to get a fast-tracked entry into the world of innovation, with all the tools, training and development to really take your career to that next step.  

Working with awesome brands across the FMCG, Retail, Services and Charity space you will:

1: Helping to plan and run innovation projects – workshops, groups, co-creation sessions, and immersions

2: Develop strong client relationships and be a trusted advisor  

Who are you?

  • A project manager - with prior experience working in a creative/ research/ brand or planning agency, ideally you will have 2+ years’ experience under your belt
  • A qualitative thinker - you have prior experience assisting with focus groups, IDIs and workshop sessions, you like asking questions
  • Organised with a high attention to detail, you are able to juggle deadlines and keep projects running most
  • A compelling communicator – you bring energy and are able to explain ideals in a simple way that everyone understands
  • Passionate – you are driven by understanding people and how to best engage
  • A team player - Fun, driven, ambitious, creative and proud
