Account Manager – SaaS – Online Research

As an Account Manager you will sit in the Customer Success team, you will partner closely with your clients to understand the business needs and provide them with the technology, tools, guidance to achieve their goals. This is a role that will combine your research, technology and sales skills so you will continue to develop your experience in a unique way. 

Day-to-day you will:

• Build strong and lasting client relationships (clients will love working with you)
• Manage a portfolio of key clients – from proposal to launch and running of the projects
• Train and on-board clients to use the unique technology platform
• Develop key insights that will drive your client’s success
• Support the sales team by identifying new clients and attending new pitches

It’s essential that you have:

• Prior experience working in a market research, panel or online technology company
• Experience as a project manager, sales executive or market researcher
• Strong communication skills  
• An interest in technology and SaaS based solutions – you are excited about working in a global tech company
• A passion for problem solving
• High attention to detail, with the ability to work in a team or autonomously
