Account Management / Business Development
Ranging from Account and New Business Managers to Account Directors.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience of managing and growing high value accounts across either Agencies or Corporate organisations and have an excellent knowledge of the online market research industry and research process.
You will have both experience in selling full service research to Brands as well as data collection to Insight / media agencies.
You will play a key part in growing our client's business by expanding their existing client base through Account Management and Business Development, growing high value accounts and forging long term relationships.
You will also manage the project workflow and have the commercial responsibility to ensure they maximise operational efficiency and deliver high quality research.
Prioritisation and task management is key for this fast- paced role, enabling our client to deliver an exceptional service to their clients.
A passion for exceeding client expectations is essential.
