The Client

More than anything, our clients are looking for passion. They are looking for an individual that can inform, innovate and inspire. They have already found out that an incredibly large amount of women and girls are missing out on the benefit of sports and they now want an Insight Manager to help them change. You will do that by helping conduct fantastic fundamental research and delivering insight to key stakeholders. As this is a client-side insight role, you will have the privilege of directly seeing the change your research will create through campaigns, new programmes and partnerships.

The Role

Our clients are looking for someone who has a strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and has experience of setting up research from scratch. They're looking for a leader that will inspire others and confidently take charge of research projects. You will be expected to share knowledge, experience and advice through proactive support services where you will advise on appropriate data collection methods, conducting your own qualitative interviews and questionnaires in-house and effectively interpret the findings to deliver a clear recommendations that will drive action in policy change. Fantastic leadership skills are vital as you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of two insight Officers, where you will directly contribute to their professional development.

Skills

2-3 years plus research experience

Good working knowledge of the latest online and offline research methodologies including regular use of qual and quant techniques (conducting qualitative interviews, focus groups, survey design and analysis)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good presentation skills and confidence to speak in front of stakeholders

Experience of interpreting data
