Senior Director - Media, FMCG or retail

The purpose of the role is to inspire the team and support them in producing award-winning work, develop company culture through editorials and other content creation and win new business which aligns with the strengths and passions of the team. This is a 'building' role, so you will also be have the chance to bring in new ideas about where to find new talent and how to develop existing staff.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic insights and plenty of proven experience of creating positive change for clients within the world of media, FMCG, or retail. You will be a strategic thinker who is fascinated by brands, trends, people, and culture. You will be a forward-thinking leader with a charismatic and inspirational demeanour, and you will be intellectually curious - always looking for new ways to improve.
