Brexit means Brexit… but what does it actually mean? Do you have a natural curiosity for policy and legislation and the research behind it? How are new policies going to be received, how are the public going to react and how do cultural attitudes impact future changes to policies?

We are working with a long-rooted best in show agency who believe in the power of evidence. They partner with their clients across the world on the next generation of policy challenges.

Within the policy team, you will look at Government policy and decisions, both internationally and within the UK. As one of the most reputable public sector agencies in Market Research, they tend to win the bigger and more strategic projects that face politics. Because of their resources and reputation, much of the work is ad-hoc and of course, on trend with the current political climate.

The role itself dives into appropriately challenging client's requests, approaching each individual situation with creativity to find data-driven solutions. Analysing data to help shape narratives for clear and effective findings, deliverables, storytelling and impactful insights.

Alongside legislation, this team research challenges across the globe. They work across topics such as Education through to attitudes towards refugees. They use their wide sourced data to back their investigations, looking into a range of cultural attitudes towards policy and what effects these have on communities.

It's an incredibly wide-ranging part of the business as policy can encompass a huge spectrum of social research, leading to an extremely varied and rewarding role. The role also has the potential to be mixed methodology if you wanted to incorporate more qualitative methodology into your work. A chance to develop yourself further as a researcher and play on your strengths.

They are looking for senior research executives through to associate directors. No experience within public sector or social research necessary, just a passion and interest and good grounding in quant research from an agency. A fantastic opportunity to finally incorporate all of your research skills into a sector that you're passionate about. A rare chance to change sector specialism too! Apply below.
