Great opportunity for a Senior Data Exec to join this fast growing MR agency based in a beautiful part of the North of England.

This is a pivotal position within the business where you will be working closely with research teams and data professionals.

The successful candidate will have experience in both script creation (using a variety of capture programmes) and production of data tables and analysis platforms. You should have a good level of skills and experience in programming languages both from a web (javascript, HTML, etc.) and database perspective (VBA, SQL).

The role will involve:

* Scripting survey and producing data tables and analysis platforms with MR tools.

* Excellent web and programming skills including (javascript, HTML, etc.) and database perspective (VBA, SQL).

* Mentoring, advising and supporting junior members of the data services team, project manage their workload.

* Communicating effectively with all levels of personnel within the business to ensure that all client expectations are met.

* Contributing to departmental performance (Innovation, technical expertise, efficiency/ automation and quality assurance), as well as building and enhancing relationships within the data department and the wider company.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, be highly numerate and be skilled at managing and making sense of large volumes of data. Strong experience with data collection platforms and feel at home with handling complex, visually engaging online surveys, as well as being able to develop macros to automate the format, analysis & transfer of data.

Candidates applying for this position must have held line responsibility for managing complex and high-value projects for clients and ideally have some element of line management experience, along with delivering training, performance management and productivity measurement within the context of their role(s). Candidates must also be capable of creating and working to ISO quality procedures.
