About the client
We recently placed the head of qualitative, sitting in the newly positioned qual insight & innovation team, with this business. During his short time there he has smashed targets, winning new clients and bringing in more interesting upstream projects. As a result, they need to recruit junior qualitative talent.
The business pride themselves on how they shape brands through disciplined strategic thinking, acting as a driving force to extract hidden insights from the multiple sources that drives change within client's businesses. Key clients include Apple, Heineken, Red Bull, Channel 4, UEFA, Unilever and many more.
About the role
This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for research and insight, someone who wants to expand on their currently qualitative research skills, along with someone who enjoys getting under the skin of brands to make a positive change to brands. Whilst working with some of the biggest and most vibrant brands in the world, you will have the opportunity to learn from cultural and data experts, strategists and market research wizards. You will be working on a range of research projects, along with helping the team manage day to day client relationships.
3 years plus qualitative research experience
Passion for the ever-changing, evolving world of research, brands and brand consultancy.
Strong organisation skills are required to manage many client requests and challenges.
Being curious and creative, to show a hunger for learning more, and applying what is learnt in an innovative, experimental manner.
Ambition and drive, to develop skills and progress through the company.
