Do you have a natural curiosity for policy and legislation and the research behind it? How are new policies going to be received, how are the public going to react and how do cultural attitudes impact future changes to policies and campaigns?

As one of the most reputable public sector agencies in Market Research, they tend to win the bigger and more strategic projects that face politics and social norms. Because of their resources and reputation, they use versatile methods, both traditional qual and new methods.

They are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Director to join their specialist qualitative team. In this team, you will use your expertise to develop and implement qualitative research across the other teams, from projects around education legislation through to behavioural change campaigns on the refugee crisis.

It's an incredibly wide-ranging part of the business, covering a huge spectrum of social research, leading to an extremely varied and rewarding role. As Director, you will provide the highest quality research and client handling, to delivering bespoke research solutions and playing a hand with innovative thought leadership across the company. The team consist of talented researchers from a range of backgrounds and specialisms; an excellent opportunity to be supported by and continue to learn from a great team.
