This is the perfect role for either a senior Research Director looking to make the step up, or existing Department Head ready for a fresh challenge. You will 'lead from the front' by providing direction to your team (7 – 10 Researchers). The role therefore needs an inspirational manger and researcher with a strong Market Research agency pedigree and a proven and current track record of high-level client management and hands on research skills, team management / development and financial accountability.

As a key figure in the senior management team you will help shape the strategy and direction of the business and is perfect for an individual with loads of energy and vision who is looking to make their mark on the industry.
