They are currently looking to hire a Consultant to play a pivotal role within the team that focuses on qualitative techniques. You will be client facing from the outset and will have a high profile across key blue-chip accounts. You will use your first-class qual tool kit to custom designed approaches to suit the specific needs of your clients. As a business, they don't offer black box or 'off the shelf' research products, but rather look to understand what their clients are looking to achieve and how research can best be used to meet those business objectives. To them Qualitative research is all about understanding not only what people think, but why they think that way. It's about unlocking the meaning that lies behind the attitudes and behaviour of people.
As a Consultant in the team a key responsibility will also be the management and mentoring of more junior/graduate team members and so passion for collaboration and shared learning is also a must.
Finally, you will help the business to grow primarily through the nurturing of existing client relationships; but also, the creation of content for thought leadership pieces which helps drive the new business development activities of not only the research arm but also the wider Management Consultancy business.
