• Delivering strategic roadmaps/ briefing creative partners

What’s your role to play?

• Lead client thinking as a trusted senior partner
• Spearhead projects from proposal to final deliverable
• Build capability, managing a high performance team
• Oversee all client deliverables
• Growing new & existing business
• Challenge & inspire ideas, approaches and company thinking
• Represent the agency in industry, networking, events etc
• Champion a culture of collaboration, creativity, multi-culturalism, learning, curiosity and care for the work

 Desirable experience:

• Extensive experience in a similar customer research & insights, strategy or planning
• Currently operating in a senior management role
• Prior (research) agency experience is essential
• A strong network
• A track record of successful leading clients to greatness through insights strategy
• Similar values, interests and intellectual objectives to the agency described above
