Job Details
An opportunity has arisen at a leading research agency for a Junior Resource Planner. The purpose of the role is to support the resource manager by allocating individuals to projects while accounting for client needs, necessary skills, individual development needs, and profitability.
Day to day tasks include:
* * Prioritising requests appropriately and on time
* * Allocating the most appropriate team for projects
* * Identifying and helping to resolve potential resource conflicts
* * Building and managing database
To be successful in the role, you will be highly organised and skilled at developing relationships. You will be driven and enthusiastic, with a positive and proactive mindset. You will have great problem solving skills, and experience managing a high volume of work. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
