• Researcher: who has previous quant agency (or Clientside) experience running projects from questionnaire design, insight generation, reporting and presenting
• Expert: who is confident and strong with turning complex numbers and data into clear, fresh and actionable recommendations for clients - you will be technically strong with SPSS, Q or excel 
• Curious mind: you think outside the box and draw inspiration from everything around you
• Team player: you thrive of working in a collaborative and creative environment and get a kick out of working in a team
