Research Manager - Clientside (Major Retailer)

East Midlands – £42,000 - £56,000 + Benefits (plus car / car allowance)

This major named UK Retailer is looking to make a key hire within their customer insights team where you will play a pivotal and impactful role in a close-knit team driving decision making across the business. The team run projects across all the divisions within the company, answering briefs across all areas, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in shaping and developing business products and services. There will be the opportunity to work with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Buyers, Managers, Designers, Marketing and Social Media teams.

This role will see you playing a lead role on quantitative projects, and you will be responsible for managing and delivering all internal tracking surveys, including a customer experience programme, service monitor and a brand equity tracker. As well as managing internal clients and managing external third parties, you will be involved in evolving and developing these studies to ensure they continue to achieve best value and impact. In terms of previous experience, ideally you will already have worked on the clientside (although an agency background will be considered) and be comfortable managing large quantitative studies with a genuine interest in the Retail landscape. You’ll be a confident and engaging presenter, with the ability to extract key insights from data and translate into meaningful action, able to see the bigger picture and comfortable operating in a fast paced commercial environment.
