We work with diverse organisations such as Boots, Samsung, Barclays, John Lewis and Virgin Atlantic, helping them to understand their customers through a range of innovative approaches.

We are currently hiring for a number of positions, including Quantitative or mixed Quantitative/Qualitative Associate Directors who are interested in a role with a lot of variety, ad-hoc work and a fantastic close-knit team. This is the perfect role for Research Managers to take a step-up in their career, or for current Associate Directors looking for a new challenge.

You will have…

- 4-8 years of full service market research experience

- Expertise in one or more of the following sectors: retail, tech, health and beauty, financial services, energy or leisure.

- Experience managing client relationships, understanding their organisation, and identifying commercial opportunities

- An ability to effectively manage workloads and teams, including delegating, managing and mentoring members of the team

- A demonstrated ability to support business decisions and participate in strategic developments in the company

- Good knowledge of a variety of traditional and innovative research methods, including integrating quantitative and qualitative work 

Additional language skills - because of some international work, the following languages would be an advantage (but not a requirement): French, Polish, German, Swedish.

In addition to the competitive salary (£40-50k depending on level and experience), we offer individual bonuses for outstanding performance.
