The Client

The Role

Our clients are looking for a research manager that can provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding of insight/research methodologies and approaches. By doing so, they hope that you will be able to proactively guide clients and teams in their use of insight. You will be taking lead on project management of small-medium scale prices of business and actively helping develop employees you line manage. Training is a big aspect within this agency. They provide regular internal training courses to help you grow and expand our knowledge. They look for a fantastic attitude towards work and the ability to influence and motivate both team members and clients.

Skills

  • Comfortably work with teams (and clients) to identify need / opportunities for insight
  • Preparation and presentation of reports - PowerPoint charts, word reports
  • Have experience with conducting mixed method research (focus groups and in depth interviews
  • Project/fieldwork management including ensuring projects happen on budget and on time
  • Confident presenting findings to teams and clients
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
