The team is agile and smart – with new clients and a new office they are looking for a Senior Account Manager with prior commercial agency experience to be a key leader for their biggest FMCG client account.
Working on both tracking and ad-hoc projects you will get involved in;

- Concept and product testing
- Product development
- Shopper insights
- Shopper safaris
As a Senior member of the team you will take the lead on running quantitative and qualitative research projects with a core focus on insight generation, reporting and presenting. As the key point of contact you will know your clients inside and out, becoming an extension of their marketing and insights team. You will take ownership for mentoring and managing 2x junior members of the team.
At this level its essential that you have prior market research experience under your belt, an ability to lead insightful recommendations and deliver information concisely to clients.
