The role
In this role you will work alongside a senior and experienced team to deploy advanced strategy and quantitative research methods. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be competent in designing, managing and delivering a full range of quantitative research project types. You will work on everything from growth strategies, visioning, shopper research, semiotics and motivational research to brand development and strategy, innovation and NPD. Day to day, this position will see you take responsibility for all parts of the research cycle: leading client briefs, designing proposals, overseeing project management, managing staff, analysing and interpreting data and presenting. You will be a main point of contact for clients across an interesting mix of sectors, delivering strategies driven by insights. At this level, you will take on added responsibility as you train and develop the more junior members of staff on the quantitative team.
About you:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in market research
- Solid data analysis skills – SPSS and/or Q
- Experience in customised research – brand and comms, retail and shopper
