Head of Operations

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Operations specialist to join this busy, growing insights-led strategic consultancy. Full of energetic, client facing consultants using research and engagement techniques to deliver strategic counsel to private, public and third sector clients.

This position will play an integral role when it comes to coordinating a busy team of executives, ensuring that the best processes and systems are in place to support the day-to-day running of the firm.

You'll be reporting to the Managing Partner and will work closely with the senior team, you'll play a vital role helping Directors establish and implement operational procedures with the day-to-day running of the agency as well as developing the systems and processes needed to enable their continued expansion into new ventures and territories.

The ideal candidate will have a sound grounding in operations gained in an agency project based environment driving best practice and procedures relating to HR, Legal, corporate policy management, supplier and client contract management as well as IT. You'll have a hands-on and strategic approach and will be comfortable with working with a small to mid-size consultancy. The starting salary will be competitive and will reflect your previous experience and potential within the role.
