A rarely available Head of Operations opportunity to join a leading international insight and strategy consultancy. They have grown rapidly since their inception, boasting a bright, entrepreneurial client focussed team who deliver high calibre actionable insights to clients spanning public, private and third sectors. This position will play an integral role when it comes to coordinating a busy team of executives, ensuring that the best processes and systems are in place to support the day to day running of the company. Reporting to the Managing Partner and working closely as part of the senior team, you’ll play a key role helping Directors establish and implement operational procedures in several key areas. In order to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in this role, the ideal candidate will have prior operations experience in an agency project based environment driving best practice and procedures relating to HR, Legal, corporate policy management, supplier and client contract management as well as IT. You’ll be comfortable working in a smaller agency environment (around 40 people) and be happy to fulfil a role that requires both a hands-on and strategic approach. The starting salary will reflect your previous experience and potential within the role.
