The role: 

Your role will be to translate this offering and front it here in Sydney.

You’ll need to be a highly accomplished research professional with a wealth of industry experience and local market understanding to cement and grow the brand.

Although a management position, you will not leave behind your hands on responsibilities and you’ll enjoy the bones of research consultancy and client work.

Your objectives will be to take on existing Sydney business and run it locally, bring in new business, build a team around you and inspire the work, methods and outcomes coming out of the new office.

Who are you?

An Accomplished Senior Researcher: This role will suit someone ready for the next big thing. You will bring broad expertise, ideas, commercial astuteness and a sharp reputation to help take the business to the next level

A Commercial Mind: You must be happy having financial accountability and managing a P&L. You will tap into your active network and forge new relationships to launch and grow the business further

A Leader: Clients and Staff. You will hire and manage a very capable team and be expected to lead client relationships with gravitas

Cultural fit – You’ll enjoy captaining your own ship but you’ll also want to be part of the bigger picture and know how important it is to contribute to the wider social fabric of a business made up of brilliant people who are focused, professional, determined, ambitious and have fun along the way.
