The role

This role is aimed at a senior individual that can help the team operate a range of sensitively designed systems to support the cutting edge research that is produced. This is a fast paced agency that regularly deals with client facing executives, so confidence is a must! The key role, is running and evolving systems to enable continuous growth and new ventures including international growth. This includes managing the two team assistants that support your role as Head of Operations. You will be reporting to the Managing Partner and attend regular meetings of senior teams.
