The role

This is a pivotal role which sits in the qualitative division of the company. As a Research Manager, you will partner with the client teams and will be responsible for managing projects end to end. You will design and deliver a variety of qualitative projects, each fully customised to the brief. Project managing all stages of the research process, you will ensure budgets are managed and timelines are met. A qualitative specialist, you will sharpen your methodological toolkit and utilise a range of methods including - ethnography, workshops, cocreation, in-depth interviews, focus groups and more.  This is also a wonderful opportunity to develop your leadership skills as this role will see you being involved in the training and development of the more junior members of staff.

About you

  • At least 3 years’ experience in market research
  • Strong skills in qualitative research – In depth interviews, immersions, focus groups, and ethnography
  • Exceptional qualitative analysis skills
  • The ability to manage research projects end to end
  • The ability to draw insights from an array of data sources beyond focus groups and interviews
