The diverse team is made up of highly experienced research, marketing, psychology, design and management consulting experts who work collaboratively to make complex market information understandable for their clients.
The role
This is a pivotal role which sits in the qualitative division of the company. As a Research Manager, you will partner with the client teams and will be responsible for managing projects end to end. You will design and deliver a variety of qualitative projects, each fully customised to the brief. Project managing all stages of the research process, you will ensure budgets are managed and timelines are met. A qualitative specialist, you will sharpen your methodological toolkit and utilise a range of methods including - ethnography, workshops, cocreation, in-depth interviews, focus groups and more. This is also a wonderful opportunity to develop your leadership skills as this role will see you being involved in the training and development of the more junior members of staff.
About you
- At least 3 years’ experience in market research
- Strong skills in qualitative research – In depth interviews, immersions, focus groups, and ethnography
- Exceptional qualitative analysis skills
- The ability to manage research projects end to end
- The ability to draw insights from an array of data sources beyond focus groups and interviews
