This flourishing online brand agency has its finger on the pulse. They’ve established themselves as the ‘go to’ for many of Australia’s favourite FMCG brands because of their ability to offer integrated brand solutions across insight, strategy and brand advocacy.
Word of mouth and social media measurement are the roots from which grew their wider specialism in online research – using qualitative and quantitative techniques for both ad hoc and on-going studies via their ground-breaking community platform.
You’ll join them as an Account Manager and love working in forward thinking and inventive environment where you can use cutting edge technology to conduct insightful consumer research.
Their bespoke communities are an optimal resource to test brand concepts, new products, opinions, usage and even advertising effectiveness as you work with targeted consumer groups. What’s more – quite often the projects extend to incorporate off-line elements if you need to deep dive into a particular area, so you’ll use your full tool box of research design skills.
You’ll have quantitative experience or a mix of qual/quant experience (c2-4years) and you’ll be looking for an opportunity to apply your classic MR agency background in a creative agency in tune with the evolving research landscape. You’ll be an all-rounder who can help design a study, build rapport with colleagues and clients, analyse findings and show big-picture thinking as well as demonstrate initiative and a desire to get involved and learn new things.
