Senior Insights Consultant
Our client is a medium sized cultural insights consultancy looking for an Associate Director in their in central London office. They boast a roster of high profile, global clients across tech, FS, fashion, youth culture and media amongst others. They are award winning and recognised by the industry as leaders in its space. Whilst they predominantly use qualitative methods, they also have a small quant function and an in-house creative production team so like to approach projects in a creative and innovate ways. They are innovative in the methodologies they use, and have branched out in to the UX and design research space also. They are friendly, driven and excited by the future as they continue to grow.
Due to ongoing growth and new business wins, they are looking for an established, strategic Associate Director/Senior Consultant level to lead projects, drive business and manage a couple of juniors. You will be adept within a range of traditional face to face and innovative online methodologies, and able to work collaboratively with the quant and creative departments. This particular role will be focusing on some of their main clients across Media, Tech, and Finance as primary categories.
You will either come from a boutique qualitative or wider strategy background, ideally having experience working on a similar client portfolio. You would have ideally with experience across media, tech and fintech. Experience across service design research would be advantageous. You will be happy to work in an environment where senior members of the company roll their sleeves up and get involved at all levels.
