This leading Midlands based agency has a great opportunity for an Associate Director level individual to come on board and be part of their successful and growing research and insights team. They work with a variety of organisations mainly in the public sector (but they do have some private sector clients)  with the opportunity to work across a broad range of studies such as health and housing. The role will have a quantitative ad-hoc focus and you will have the opportunity to use a whole range of methodologies including online. At this level, you will work closely with a Research Director and the wider team involving yourself in the full project life-cycle from proposal writing to delivering clear and tangible insights. It is also expected that you will be able to build strong relationships with clients, and support the team when it comes to generating new business opportunities. In terms of previous experience, the agency will welcome applications from a range of sector backgrounds, but you must be able to demonstrate a strong interest in the social sector. An excellent starting salary and benefits package will complement this opportunity.
