Quantitative Director – Management Consultant

Fully integrated into a major Advisory Firm, this research agency sits within a unique position. Internationally known for turning questions into answers they help business improve their performance and reach business objectives. They custom design studies for clients, conduct high level analysis and transform it all into accessible insights and solutions. Through leveraging traditional research methods and integrating it with digital technology they provide real-time insights with a holistic approach (and are good at it)

The business has seen tremendous success this year, and as a result are looking for a Quantitative Account Director to take the reins on manage high-profile client accounts.

This is a senior role, where you will play a pivotal part in client relationships, team management, strategic thinking and complex problem solving.

Your role will be a varied combination of;

• Building client relationships and managing teams to deliver high quality research
• Bringing the voice of the customer to the centre of corporate decision making.
• Client management with c-suite executives across a mixture of industries (FMCG, Retail, Technology, Automotive, Social and Finance)
• Leading a variety of projects – NPD, communications strategy, customer satisfaction, branding, consumer trends and social values.
• Highly analytical quantitative analysis
• Storytelling and delivering recommendations to key clients

You will have the opportunity to work alongside (and mentor) some of the best strategist and thinkers globally. 

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a client facing and quantitatively focused role, with a proven track-record of solving complex problems. Line management experience and impressive presenting skills will be advantageous, in conjunction with strong analysis capabilities (spss, Q and excel)
