The client:

You will be working alongside the Insight team which manages extensive consumer data from around the world, delivering unique detail into evolving attitudes and behaviours of today's music consumers. You will be joining a small team of incredibly ambitious and supportive individuals that maintain the title of the best global music company.

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in directly influencing branding, campaign releases, marketing strategies and the overall success of the musicians we listen to on the radio! As an Insight analyst, your main role will be to lead strategic insights and research for esteemed record labels and business units. The ideal candidate will be able to think beyond the data, and layer insights with creative and strategic thinking in order to build exciting and meaningful narratives. You will be dissecting artist brands to uncover their unique DNA, exploring audience perceptions and engagement across key markets to derive actionable insights that are presented to teams across the business. This is an environment that encourages creative thinking and alternative approaches.

Skills:

3 years+ research / insight experience

Strong quantitative research experience

Passionate about the music industry - not just music and artists, but the music business.

Naturally curious and inquisitive about consumer behaviour.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Ability to bring data from various sources to life in a compelling way
