We're looking for a quantitative Associate Director to join one of our most respected public sector clients! They're a team of smart thinking individuals working on insightful, long term projects with research yielding valuable findings that have considerable global impact.

The client:

They are one of our biggest clients, placing 5 people with them this year. They are renowned in addressing global social challenges and creating innovative solutions by looking at the opportunities for improvement within government bodies and 3rd sector organisations. Their aim is to positively contribute to the development of future public policies that influence public services and behavioural changes. Our clients' overall aim is to improve the quality of living standards and civic engagement by conducting ground-breaking research projects and generating imperative findings.

The role:

Our clients are looking for an Associate Director to join their successful research team in conducting quantitative research across the UK and internationally. As an Associate Director, your main role will include overseeing project management by efficiently leading analysis to help shape the narrative for findings clearly and effectively. This role requires fantastic communication skills as you will be managing key client relationships, as well as constantly developing business. They are looking for an intuitive individual that will actively develop junior researchers and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Skills:

No experience within public sector research necessary (though not discouraged!)

A real passion and experience of quant ad hoc research

Able to display strong leadership qualities and support the wider team in problem solving by ensuring a proactive approach to managing challenges

Have great organisational skills and knowledge of confidently being able to lead presentations and produce reports which address the key objectives and tell a story with clarity and insight

Actively seeks out information and builds networks across the company
