An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is passionate about the customer to join the dynamic British Airways Research & Insight team as a Research & Insight Consultant, working across departments to drive customer-focused decision making.

As an action-orientated individual, you will need to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence effectively to ensure that the customer perspective is represented in the design and delivery of our communications, products and services. We’re looking for a driven individual that is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where you’ll apply your knowledge of the outside world and understanding of our customers through market research to help drive exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll need to be analytical and comfortable working with numbers as well as with unstructured data. Resilience and organisation are important, as well as being unafraid of challenging constructively.
