This well trusted Melbourne boutique agency is moving over Sydney, and is looking for an Account Director to head up their team. You will get to become a part of this amazing journey, with the backing of an already nationally established business.

The Role:

As an Account Director you will get to lead projects from start to finish. Even better, there is an opportunity to lead and mentor your own team. Working with major brands, you will take on a portfolio of existing clients but also be responsible for seeking new opportunities for growth. Other responsibilities include; proposals, team management, presenting and dealing with client feedback.

You will need:

  • 6/7 years + in market research (preferably agency side);
  • Ability to deliver projects from proposal to presentation stage;
  • Team management skills;
  • A passion for driving down to the root of the problem to find the most creative insights;
  • And an agile mindset!
