Associate/Principal Consumer Analyst – Customer experience/Voice of the customer

As an Associate/Principal Consumer Analyst within their software development team, you will help enhance their core platform and input into the continuous innovation of products and services. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers and other analysts throughout the development journey
- Enhance their web platform and survey tools
With strong technical ability demonstrated by either a relevant degree or equivalent work experience and certification, you will be able to create visually impactful interfaces and will be a capable coder with the ability to talk through projects you’ve helped deliver. Any additional experience with Bootstrap/Angular frameworks, PHP, VBA and SQL would be beneficial but not essential.
